Infor XM gives users the opportunity to keep track of their expenses in a speedy and efficient way. Submitting expense reports is easy and removes the need for a web platform. I worked with the product team and leadership on the visual design and brand strategy.

VISUAL DESIGN EXPLORATIONS
Messaging and Voice
This app is simple and straightforward, reflected in the visual direction, voice, and architecture. Given the simplistic functionality of the app, the on-boarding instructions are easy and to-the-point.

The crossed out "X" represents checking an item of your to-do list giving the user a sense of satisfaction in completing their expense reports.
Usability Testing and Beyond
We started testing with a small beta community at Infor to understand how users interact with the app and whether there is enough onboarding to get them in the mindset of the new app strategy. Overall, the results were very positive and we continue to take these insights into consideration with each new update.
